Shipping and Handling Information
General Shipping: Orders will be shipped via USPS and UPS GROUND (over sized
items only) unless otherwise requested. UPS contains insurance up to $100.00
All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of receipt of order. On a rare occasion, if a product becomes backordered we will ship upon availability or refund your payment. We will notify you if your item is backordered.
Payment: May be made by using PAYPAL, CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDERS (NO PERSONAL CHECKS). NO COD SHIPMENTS!
Priority Processing: All requests for same day processing must be received before 1:00PM.
Shipping Charges on Subtotal are based on item weight, and priced by the U.S. Postal Service.
All orders require insurance. Below are the rates as set by the USPS.
$1.75: $0.01 to $50
$2.25: $50.01 to $100
$2.75: $100.01 to $200
$4.70: $200.01 to $300
International Orders: Once your package leaves the US, Icing on the Cake, Inc. is no
longer responsible for the contents of your package. Items will be sent via
airmail or international courier depending on the request by the customer. Please
contact us for shipping rates on a per order basis. Icing on the Cake, Inc is
not responsible for any additional charges which may be applied, i.e. duties
and taxes.
We offer Priority Flat Rate at a reducted price; please inquire prior to ordering.
GIFTS: Due to U.S. Postal Regulations, we cannot send packages overseas marked as a "gift."
Tracking Numbers: If shipped by UPS, you will be sent an e-mail
containing a tracking number once your order has shipped.
ANY PACKAGES CONSIDERED OVERSIZE BY UPS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Bulky items such as Styrofoam Dummies or heavy items such as Cake Boards may
fall into this category.
ICING ON THE CAKE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR CHANGE ANY INFORMATION
TO OUR WEB SITE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
Fax Orders
While we encourage you to order from this Web site, we also offer fax orders. If you see a product you wish to purchase, please print this form, and fax back to us. We will calculate shipping charges accordingly, and send back the total for your approval.
